Pinterest, a San Francisco-based web and mobile application , has completed the rest of its Series G funding round that values the San Francisco-based company at around $11 billion. Pinterest has raised an additional $186 million in funding as a part of its Series G funding round, bringing a total amount raised to $553 million. New investors in Pinterest\’s Series G round include Goldman Sachs and Wellington Management Company. Existing investors  Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, FirstMark Capital, SV Angel, Valiant Capital Management and Fidelity Investments also contributed in the this round. The company also raised $376 million earlier this year and said in a SEC filing that it could still raise additional fund.

CodersClan, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based and Palo Alto-based community-driven marketplace for code, has raised $820,000 in seed funding round. Investors included CrunchFund, Entree Capital and Kima Ventures. The company will use the funds to expand its operations.

Ameritas Technologies, a Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based domestic IT services provider, has received an investment from Sacramento-based investor Moneta Ventures. The company will use the fresh funds to scale up its operations and offerings. 

OmniEarth, an Arlington, VA-based developer of analytics tools, has raised a $5 million In Series A funding round, investors remained undisclosed. The company intends to use the fresh funds for product development.
