Officevibe, a Montreal, Canada-based provider of an employee engagement platform, has raised $1 million in seed funding round led by GSoft Ventures. The company will use the funds to continue to build its product. Officevibe provides a real-time platform for businesses to measure and increase participation, engagement and company culture. Officevibe has established partnerships with professional networking site Yammer and software giant Microsoft.
Renewity Systems, an Ottawa, ON-based provider of business process automation system, has received an equity investment of undisclosed amount, investors included Wesley Clover, and Naavon Capital. The company will use the funds for product development. Renewity is a SaaS business process automation system, it provides a portal for customer self-service and business process management system that can be configured without any IT involvement.
Skosay, a Fayetteville, Ark-based customer engagement technology firm, has received $100,000 investment from Arkansas Science & Technology Authority. The company plans to use the funds for product development. Skosay provides companies with a mobile web engagement application that enhances their experience by giving feedback to businesses in a private or two-way messaging platform.
DocPlanner, a Warsaw, Poland-based provider of medical appointment booking platform, has raised $10 million in Series B funding round. To date, the company has raised $14 million in total funding. European bank of Reconstruction and Development led this round with participation from Uber\’s Fabrice Grinda, Lukasz Gadowski, and existing investors Point Nine Capital, Piton Capital and RT Aventures. The funds will be used to scale its team and hire senior managers. DocPlanner is a platform for finding and booking appointments with medical and dental professionals.
Ncontracts, a Nashville, Tenn-based provider of vendor compliance and contracted management software and services, has received a significant growth investment from Mainsail Partners, a San Francisco-based growth equity firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The investment will be used to continue its product development, compliance services and expand sales efforts. Ncontracts is a provider of vendor and contract management services for the financial institution industry.
ZapStitch, a Bengaluru, India-based data integration platform, has raised $2 million in funding round. Helion Venture Partners and Orios Venture Partners led this round. The capital will be used for further product development, strengthening its team and boosting marketing capabilities. ZapStitch provides an integration platform that enables businesses to automate their data flow across cloud-based business apps, some of the connected apps are: Shopify, BigCommerce, QuickBooks and Xero.
Instart Logic, a Palo Alto-based cloud application delivery provider, has raised $43 million in funding round. Four Rivers Group and Hermes Growth Partners led this round, with participation from existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, and Tenaya Capital. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate hiring, R&D and global expansion. Instart Logic provides software-defined application delivery technology for performance challenges inherent in wireless connections.
