Icebreaker Health, a San Francisco-based telemedicine platform provider, has raised $6.6 million in funding round. According to a Notice of Exempt Offering of Securities, Icebreaker Health\’s initial funding target was $6.87 million. About 24 unknown investors supported the offering. Icebreaker Health provides a telemedicine platform featuring data encrypted at the file level, 24/7 monitoring and patching, servers certified HIPAA, intrusion detection system, automated log monitoring, documented HIPAA risk assessments and data privacy insurance. It build a next generation telemedicine platform that combines the best of stone-and-forward and synchronous technologies. 

Cyclica Inc., a Toronto-based startup that uses big data and applied analytic techniques to increase productivity, has received an investment from GreenSky Accelerator Fund I, LP. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Cyclica\’s seed funding, which still open to angel investors, will be used to continue growth. Cyclica is focused on using big data and applied analytic techniques to increase productivity in pharmaceutical research and development. The company\’s proprietary computational analysis technology:  Ligand Express, simulates the interaction of compounds with all aspects of human biology. Cyclical is streamlining the drug discovery process, making medication safer for everyone, through partnership with big companies such as IBM Research. 


Clear Software, an Indiana-based startup dedicated to improving enterprise software experience, has raised $1 million in venture capital funding. Investors include Elevate Ventures, Through the Indiana Angel Network Fund. The fresh funds will be used to improve products and expand marketing muscles. Clear Software provides cloud applications for enterprise software customers who want a better user experience. The company\’s flagship product ClearUI, exposes SAP\’s functionality in a simple format and an be integrated with SAP\’s core modules, as well Salesforce and Oracle E-Business Suite.
