Invoice Cloud has acquired the majority of ImageVision.net, whose HealthPay24 product is in use by hospitals across the United States, to expand into new vertical with leading healthcare payment solution. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

HealthPay24 was developed by ImageVision.net to specifically address the need for point of service and online payments in the healthcare industry. HealthPay24 is the first software solution dedicated to processing healthcare point-of-service payments, it set the gold standard in Point of Service and Online Payment processing for hospitals with a simple, secure, compliant solution that is fully integrated with all the major Hospital Information Systems. Since it’s released, HealthPay24 has been enhanced and improved with suggestions from over 300 Hospitals and Physician facilities, enabling healthcare providers to have a tightly integrated payment solution.
