IdeaScale Acquires InnovationManagement.Se To Enhance Its Offerings

IdeaScale, the California-based innovation management solution, acquired InnovationManagement.se (IM), the world’s leading platform for cutting-edge innovation management content, best practices and online training programs. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal will enable the company to offer an end-to-end innovation solution for organizations of all sizes.

The deal comes as part of IdeaScale’s goal to enhance its offerings and offer an end-to-end innovation solution for organizations of all sizes. As part of the transaction, IdeaScale will now offer fully-featured IM training programs to their existing customers and partners.

Rob Hoenhn, CEO of IdeaScale, said in a statement: 
“Innovation was once thought to be the purview of the elite, accessible only to a closed group of researchers,” and also added this: “What we’re seeing is a trend towards openness everywhere and that means making it easy for anyone, anywhere to introduce significant, positive change – whether they\’re an experienced innovation practitioner or not. Innovationmanagement.se clearly shares this goal.”
