The company has also raised $600 million in its most recent funding round, which led by Fidelity Management.

Arvinas, the US-based biopharmaceutical company that develops novel drugs for cancer and other diseases, has filed a prospectus for a $100 million initial public offering (IPO). The New Haven, Connecticut-based company develops therapies that degrade disease-causing proteins.

Funding Circle, a London-based peer-to-peer lending platform, announced plans to file its initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to use the proceeds of the IPO to improve its balance sheet position, beef up its recruitment processes and increase brand awareness.

Meituan-Dianping, a Beijing-based group-buying website that specializes in localized consumer services, shared more details about its planned Hong Kong IPO. The Chinese company is reportedly aiming for a $55 billion valuation in its upcoming IPO, according to TechCrunch.
