iCIMS, a cloud-based human resources and recruiting software company, announced the acquisition of SkillSurvey, a US-based skills verification and digital reference checking platform that helps more than 2,300 companies make the best possible talent decisions. The financial term of the deal was not disclosed to the public.
The deal, according to the companies, is expected to bring organizations revolutionary, patented reference checking and credentialing that verifies skills with game-changing levels of automation and simplicity to improve the quality of hire at scale. The combined strengths will help businesses attract, engage, hire and advance the talent they need to build winning teams and drive better performance outcomes.
